Jeanine Bresler is more than a photographer, she is also an artist. She has never wanted to do anything else since her dad taught her to take photographs as a young child. She studied fine art at Stellenbosch University focusing on photography and then she spent two years as assistant to celebrated fine arts photographer Jean Brundril. Jeanine has been a photographer since 2006 and has established her business since then, Jeanine Bresler Photography
Jeanine has a passion for photographing people and capturing them as naturally as possible. Capturing emotions is her focus in photography and art. Jeanine is inspired by everything around her. She loves details and the emotional interaction between people and to freeze the moment in a photograph. Jeanine Bresler Photography believes that the secret to taking a great photograph is that the photographer should be as unobtrusive as possible. It is when people forget they are being photographed that you get the best shots. It is important to her that each of her photographs should capture the subject, rather than show off her photographic style. Photography freezes time and a moment. She tries to capture the essence of the moment. To Jeanine it’s not just a job, it’s a passion, and each shoot is unique.
Photography, like art, is a personal choice. You should feel comfortable with the person you trust with your private moments. Jeanine is a wedding, portrait and fine arts photographer. She specialises in, among others, engagement, family, birthing, birthday, products, art, ballet and dance photographs.
