Things to do in Hluhluwe
Bonamanzi is home to four of South Africa’s famed Big 5 – except lions. There is plenty to keep you and your loved occupied over your honeymoon.
Since there are no lions, you can take part in interactive bush experiences with or without a trained field guide. Being in the bush is an experience, which no TV can ever replicate.
Birders also love the reserve for its many species and varieties.
The St Lucia area still offers many activities including game drives, boat cruises down the Hluhluwe River, bird safaris as well as unguided walks that you can take on their marked trails.
