"This is one of the best 5-star hotels in Franschhoek! This is our 4th stay. We’ve stayed at many of the other 5 star hotels in the area, this one is our favorite and is luxurious and also great value. Accommodations are new, beautiful, with robes/ slippers, snacks, complimentary craft beers. They also upgrade you whenever possible! The staff is top notch. Management treats guests in a personalized manner, esp general mgr Charl, went above and beyond. Rooms are amazing, grounds are beautiful, pool and artwork throughout the hotel.
